This is a lovely Capodimonte Porcelain Urn/Vase, it has a raised putti, and gold gilt. This piece is marked on the bottom in gold paint Capodimonte Italy Made In Italy. The vase has a hand painted classical scenic of women and a man with trees in the background.
It sits on a square pedestal foot. Markings are found under foot. The handles are accented with gold gilt. The vase measures 30" tall by 17" wide (handle to handle). It is 4.5" at the mouth of the vase. The fact that this vase even exists in such great condition is truly amazing considering its age. This urn-style vase would look lovely front and center in your china cabinet or end table.
