Department 56 Dickens Village Series - Chancery Corner is in Very Good Condition. Set is Complete and even has the Snow! The Light was tested and is in Working order. The only issue I could find while photographing it was that one of the fence sections appears to have been repaired as shown in the pictures. This piece is sturdy, I had no issues when setting it up.
Box shows light to moderate shelf wear, has been re-taped with clear tape after use, is also sturdy and totally use-able for storage.
